'Monfragüe Tours' has been set up so that everybody can get to know the natural and cultural wealth hidden away in this remote, but important, corner in the north of Extremadura, the Natural Park of Monfragüe.


After more than 6 years dedicated to studying and researching the culture and customs of the people, the nature of the wild life, and of the countryside in this wonderful part of Extremadura, we wanted to give everybody the opportunity to experience the delights of the area.

With this in mind we provide not only the benefit of our long experience but also all the necessary equipment to enable you to get to know the most secret parts of this important Natural Park.

With our binoculars and telescopes we will show you, either from our vehicle, or standing out in the open, the behaviour of the animals in the Mediterranean-type woodland which is their natural environment, their breeding habits, the feeding of their chicks, the seasonal rutting fights for the females, the over-wintering behaviour, and an endless series of other spectacular images that will remain in your memory for ever.
